1. Return Eligibility
You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it if:
It is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Products returned without original packaging or with missing accessories.
Any item returned after 7 days of delivery.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
Custom or personalized items.
Gift cards or promotional items.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed as store credit or an exchange.
We do only offer cash refunds—refunds are only provided as cash for future purchases.
Processing time for refunds may take 5-10 business days after return approval.

5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, indicate this in your return request.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.
7. Cancellations & Order Modifications
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are shipped.
